Nope!
You do not need to be in shape to start pole. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and many of our students are complete beginners. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you go — one class at a time!
Not at all!
You don’t need to be flexible to start pole dancing. Many of our students begin with little to no flexibility — and that’s totally okay! You’ll naturally improve over time with regular practice.
We also offer Flexibility Classes to help you progress safely and effectively. Join us, and we’ll support you every step of the way!
Wear shorts and a comfortable top — skin contact is important for gripping the pole.
Please avoid oil-based body lotions on the day of your class, as they make the skin slippery and can be dangerous during pole work. Also, remove all jewelry, especially finger rings — they can cause injuries to you during movement.
Pole dancing develops inner strength, muscular agility and flexibility. You will sculpt strong, thin and supple muscles while losing weight.
